The 'Embrace The Suck' Challenge

In every journey, there are ups and there are downs. There are times where you will feel like you just conquered the world, and times where you feel like there is no way to move forward. Embrace the suck is a phrase that I heard in the military, because there are plenty of sucky days, meaning to accept that conditions are horrible and keep pushing forward. 

Same is true in the fitness world. Every fitness journey has times where you will want to quit, will want to just throw in the towel and stop. Those are the moments in which you must embrace the suck and push more. 

That's what the 'Embrace the Suck Challenge ' is all about. Pushing yourself beyond your physical limitations that you believe. It won't be easy, if you accept the challenge. It won't have a specific time limit either. But if you join, once you hit your goal, it will feel like you just conquered the world. 

Are you ready to "Embrace the Suck"? Every month has a new challenge, a different "Featured Workout", but that doesn't mean that you have to do THAT workout. If it's not on your level yet, or you just aren't interested in that one, we can always find another option! As long as you are willing to PUSH! That's the main requirement!
